Fee includes:

• Registration for two vendor representatives
• One 4'-6' table with two chairs
• Attendance to lecture

Additional requirements such as phone lines, audio visual equipment etc is the responsibility of the vendor.

More than one Rep? Each additional Rep will be charged $45.00. This includes dinner and lecture. Allocation of space: Vendors are assigned space on a first come, first served basis.

Set-up time: Vendors are asked to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to registration time.

Vendor hours: CE Courses are traditionally scheduled for 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. With a morning and afternoon break, plus an hour for lunch. CCDS asks that you be present at your table during peak times, and during morning and afternoon breaks.

On-site sales are discouraged by CCDS. Vendors should view this type of CCDS participation as an opportunity to network and to acquaint potential clients to their services and/or products.
