EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FOR CCDS CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES

$375.00 Payment must be made in full PRIOR TO exhibit date. Make checks payable to CCDS and return to address noted below.
- Registration for two vendor representatives
- One 4'-6' table with two chairs
- Attendance to lecture
Additional requirements such as phone lines, audio visual equipment etc is the responsibility of the vendor.
More than one Rep? Each additional Rep will be charged $40.00. This includes dinner and lecture. Allocation of space: Vendors are assigned space on a first come, first served basis.
Set-up time: Vendors are asked to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to registration time.
Vendor hours: CE Courses are traditionally scheduled for 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. With a morning and afternoon break, plus an hour for lunch. CCDS asks that you be present at your table during peak times, and during morning and afternoon breaks.
On-site sales are discouraged by CCDS. Vendors should view this type of CCDS participation as an opportunity to network and to acquaint potential clients to their services and/or products.

Although every effort will be made to avoid competitors from exhibiting at the same meeting or competitors being assigned adjacent space, CCDS does not guarantee that this will be the case at every event.
